  2. Sort of instructions for use...
  3.  
  4. You can enter as as many addresses as there are labels in a sheet 
  5. of labels. Please be sure to set the fonts and the label definitions
  6. prior to activating the sheet of labels from the Quick menu item
  7. or opening a file for printing. 
  8.  
  9. When printing from a file please be advised that we are supplying 
  10. as much information about each address as we can in a single line 
  11. of the list box. Each line will print as a complete label based 
  12. on the currently selected label definition. Each address can be 
  13. selected indiviually or the whole file can be selected. The Auto print
  14. button will print those addresses that have been selected. The 
  15. Print All button will select the whole file before bringing up the 
  16. default print dialogs.

  19. The Quick menu item will display a sheet of labels in the current
  20. definition and allow for either a single or multiple label 
  21. selection for printing (depending on the choice made). The address 
  22. data entry dialog will appear. This will place the entered address
  23. in the appropriate format in the chosen label. It will NOT save this 
  24. address to any file.

  26. According to XLabel, a legitimate address (in a file) is ten 
  27. lines or less in the following format:

  35. Each label must be separated by a blank line.

  38. XLabel currently supports  10 lines at 100 characters each, per label.

  42. Complete user documentation is supplied with the       
  43. registered product. Additional features in the registered 
  44. product include:    
  45. * centered labels;
  46. * adjustable margin settings
  47. * Intelligent Fonting (a trademarked feature)
  48. * bar codeing
  49. * serial number (automatically incremented with your definition)
  50. * file handling (creation, editing, save as...)

  53. You can register this product through the Compuserve 
  54. Information Service by GOing SWREG from any prompt
  55. and requesting to register product id 397. 
  56. Or send us a check for $35 or $75 for the version with
  57. the printed manual ( lets all save a few trees and
  58. read the manual on-line, or print it on scrap paper). 
  59. You will receive your registered, full featured, version
  60. faster if you register by mail.
